Отговор от ИАГ относно сигнала
На 27.05.2026 г. служители на РДГ – Ловеч са извършили проверка на посочения в сигнала адрес. При проверката са установени общо около 15 пространствени куб. м дърва за огрев от дървесни видове цер и благун, с дължина на секциите 1 м, немаркирани с контролна горска марка и без представени документи, удостоверяващи законния им произход. В хода на проверката са установени три лица, съхраняващи дървесината, като за констатираните нарушения са съставени: АУАН серия Б00А №002038/27.05.2026 г.; АУАН серия Б00А №002039/27.05.2026 г.; АУАН серия Б00А №001769/27.05.2026 г. Незаконно съхраняваната дървесина е задържана и оставена на отговорно пазене с разписки.

- I am submitting a report regarding a large quantity of firewood stored on Hristo Smirnenski Street in the village of Galata, Lovech Province. Upon visual inspection, it was established that the firewood is not marked with an official forestry control stamp, and no transport permit was presented to prove its lawful origin. The quantity is substantial, and there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the timber was harvested and transported in violation of the applicable forestry legislation. I kindly request that the Bulgarian Executive Forest Agency carry out an inspection at the указан address, determine the origin of the timber, and, if violations are confirmed, take the necessary actions in accordance with the law. I am attaching photographic evidence. I request that immediate measures be taken.
